In the artist talks at TBA21?Augarten, contributors to the show will examine how working within and in relation to an oceanic environment has influenced their creative and personal endeavors. The artists will discuss their experience as participants of TBA21?Academy-led expeditions; they will share the conclusions they have drawn from their travels to the various places TBA21?Academy has explored since the program?s inception in 2011.
Before the talks start at noon, visitors are welcome to enjoy a delicious brunch at Die Au, the restaurant adjacent to TBA21?Augarten. In a spirit of springtime celebration, the talk will unfold outdoors, but can be relocated indoors in case of bad weather.
