is a no-profit organisation/platform for artists who work in fields of experimental music, video, dance, performance, etc.

Andrea Pensado (US)
Andrea Pensado works with sound as a performer and programer. She has been using digital media and live interactive musical systems since 1995. She studied in Argentina and Poland. At first, she composed mainly for acoustic instruments. However, she felt gradually more attracted by different sound realms. Today, the abrasive digital noise of her improvisations is far away from her earlier pieces. Harsh dense layers of sounds, often interwoven with her voice, combine hybrid synthesis techniques to create a highly personal sound language, which reflects an intuitive, emotional and paradoxically also logical approach to music making. She currently lives in the US.

Pierre-Yves Martel (CAN)
Following a unique artistic path, Pierre-Yves Martel is constantly renewing his musical identity and practice. Though an instrumentalist, he identifies himself first and foremost as a sound artist whose work oscillates between research and experimentation. It is in this spirit that he has revisited the viola da gamba, utilizing this traditional instrument in new contexts and thus reengaging it with the contemporary world. Having created an authentic musical language through non-conventional techniques and instrumental preparations, he also works outside of instrumental music altogether, using a variety of objects rife with new sonic possibilities, from contact-mics and speakers to motors, wheels, surfaces and textures. He lives in Montréal, Québec.

Matthias Erian
– feedback, drone, avant-garde pop, glitch, noise, field recording. A crucial test of genre-categorization of musical styles beyond the commercial perception of sound. A personal confrontation with the own ego, through public presentation of abstract thinking. Since years, the computer is the instrument of expression. Emphasis is placed on instrument. Search between the experiment and the arrangement. A sample, endless possibilities.
