"Revolution" in the Ukrainian contemporary cultural field

In its third edition SAY IT. UA> looks at the situation of the art and culture scene in Ukraine, which is hardly known outside of the country compared to the widely discussed political situation. Since the independence of Ukraine the art and cultural scene has its own tempo of development with steps forward and backwards. The revolution of 2014 has given a new opportunity for a bigger jump and a significant change in this field as well. SAY IT. UA> invites experts and insiders to discuss and answer the questions that evolve in the current situation.

In cooperation with SAY IT
SAY IT is a series of events. Each of them includes an exhibition of contemporary art and discussion on current issues in societies with virulent changes in their development processes. Each time the current problems of one single country are being picked out as a central theme. SAY IT is a specific format of an exhibition space and informative panel initiated by Anna Khodorkovskaya and Anastasiya Yarovenko in cooperation with Hans Knoll. This idea arose in response to the current pulsing situation in Ukraine.
