"I believe in music like people believe in a religion.
Everybody has different ways to deal with the everyday life and different beliefs and habits which help to go through or to wake up for.
How many times have you heard a song that resonates with you until influencing your wellbeing?
For me, a single song can have the ability to challenge my thoughts and expand my perception when heard at a precise time.
Music is a powerful social force that taps into an individual's personal identity, memories and moods.
The Radio project is about how music influences the individual, being mindful of the messages we internalize, and how we can interpret them.
Using the concept of music as a language and a tool, I will work on the perception and the impact of it.
The songs will guide and generate my daily activities.
I will start the day and act according to the first song played on my radio alarm clock.
For one week, my alarm clock will be set at the same time and on the same radio frequency.
I will report and document my actions every days in the gallery space."
