(Mobile) Media Revolution: Tablet Device kills old media?
The response of Austria's media to the upcoming (mobile) media revolution

,,Ever since Moses presented two stone tablets on Mount Sinai, this has been without a doubt the biggest ,tablet' for Steve Job's disciples", jokes a blogger about the iPad. But will the iPad and other Table Devices really be a revelation to the media industry and change the Ten Commandments of classical media making? On June 21st MobileMonday Austria will discuss with those who have a say in Austria's media landscape and ask the game-changing question: Will the era of Tablet Devices revolutionize media business?

Starting off with facts and figures, we proudly present two impressive keynotes from Andreas Hladky (point of origin) /Mag. Andreas Lohner (Forrester Research Österreich) as well as Vinzenz Weber (blockhaus medienagentur). We will then welcome selected media experts to discuss in our media panel why paid content should work this time and what changes our domestic media companies will need to face.

* Dr. Martin Zimper - Head of Studies CAST Zürcher Hochschule d. Künste
* Georg Holzer - Journalist, Blogger and founder of digirati.eu
* Mesi Tötschinger - Chief Editor news.at
