Tauusk is a drone band from Romania with a simple plan in mind: keep it simple, keep it loud. Evil synths, heavily distorted riffs, cavernous reverb.
Bird People (A)
Bird People is a solo and collaborative project formed in 2010 by Ulrich Rois, who also runs Feathered Coyote Records. Rois uses a variety of acoustic and electronic instruments to create soundscapes centered around the drone but open to all possible ideas that may emanate from the void. The project also serves as a vehicle for Rois’ ongoing investigation into the relationship between humankind and the natural world. To that end, Bird People often uses field recordings and acoustic instruments in conjunction with synthesizers and other electronic devices.

Hexeneiche (NL/USA) is a hybrid of some sorts: half Dutch, half American, mixing individual baggage into something that combines the bleakness of Northern Europe with the sensual heat of the American South. Both a labour of love and a quest for progression, featuring a delicate layering of tapes looping into the infinite and spiking it up with rowdy beats.

Arvind Ganga (NL) is a guitar player from Den Haag, the Netherlands. He freely shops around in the fields of drone, noise, north Indian classical music, free improvisation, sound art and experimental rock. With a few effects, a handful of objects, and his trusty red guitar, he molds this into a loosely structured chaotic mess that is bathing in the rays of a deep red sun.
City Hands (NL)
Manuel Padding will be playing solo as City Hands, his main vehicle for his musical expression, using tapes, effects, voice and various acoustic objects to enter to zone and reach out and touch.
Stuck outside of time has been a reoccurring dream for quite awhile now. Free form space without dimensions, the only footing provided by some vague narrative. Seemingly random images that must be connected somehow. The search for these connections is the trip i like to take with the audience, in the hope that it will provide entertainment and maybe even some insight or understanding of what motivates and moves a fellow human being. “Welcome to my mind”
