The name of the exhibition “Comeback to Future” is a play on words from the name of the cult trilogy “Back to the future” and the terminology increasingly used by Austrian politicians in reference to the post-pandemic economy. But the world will not go back to what it was before. Many things have changed in the pandemic, many processes have been optimized and also many jobs have been lost and new ones created. Based on this, many people are now thinking about the direction our society will take. This exhibition is an inclusive discussion on this topic. In the concept of the project lies the idea of using an abandoned house as an exhibition space. This particularity gives the artists much more freedom. In the exhibition space, different views of the future after this global world crisis will be presented to a broad public. Among the participants will be representatives of many modern art movements.
