Part I
Imre Nagy & Simona Pavoni

At our opening on Friday August 5th new works and performances create the second part of „Wir bauen ein Haus dann züchten wir Bienen“
Anni Laakso from Finland, our residence artist of the Notgalerie Europe Series, will present her installation: “windpavilion”. Her installation takes place on the hill where the platform of Notgalerie used to be.
Matthias Neumann our second Notgalerie Europe residence artist opens his installation: “deracination #1”. His work depicts one of the hills of the Seestadt venue, using the wooden material of the old Notgalerie foundation to create a new work.
Tanya Shtykalo created Reliefs on the piedestals of Notgalerie with the title “Crosses Vyshyvanka”, which are part of her My word is about Ukraine series. On friday, she will complement this series with her perfmormancre “destrUAction” where visitors are invited to interact with her objects.
Christoph Srb uses the Schaukelhaus by David Moises, a swing house, that after one year of weather and teenage riots got torn down to a swing without a house and combines it with his sculpture: “Wanderbar”, creating a new body of work.
Stephanie Winter (@salonhybrid) opens the “VIBRANT MATTER LAB” - her mobile research station to explore the psyche of the earth - for the last time before she leaves Seestadt.
Also part of the opening are the two installations that started the first Part of the exibition two weeks ago. “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” by Simona Pavoni, our artist in residence in cooperation with das weisse haus and “Fluidum” by Imre Nagy.
Besides these artists and works, there is an existing series of works by the following artists that can be seen in the Notgalerie Seestadt sculpture park:
